As she begins dancing, the memoirs tell her how they have loved and lost. ஜ [Aeris x Sephiroth] Memories tell of a church in Midgar many years ago, where Aeris and Sephiroth would meet in secret whilst she would tend to the flowers and talk to the planet, before Sephiroth was called on a mission. ஜ And as she begins to perform, she considers her past love ஜ [Yuna x Cloud] She remembers her last night with Cloud, a troubled and lost soldier after he left his partner, Zack in battle in order to attend their wedding and how she reassured him it was the right decision, however on the day of the wedding gets cold feet and abandons him at the alter. ஜ [Rinoa x Zack] She then is enlightened to what happened to Zack, killed whilst on a mission and unable to fully return to the planet. She learns how before he died, he saw one of Rinoas feathers fall from the sky. When she needed her knight the most, he was unable to get to her in time and on the way to her, during her mission, killed. ஜ And as her humble heart begins send off Zacks spirit ஜ [Garnet x Celes] Their story is revealed. Many, many years ago, two girls were forced to sing in the opera house, but Garnets lover, Celes, escaped without her, unable to catch up as Celes waited at the waters edge at sunset to be with her secret male lover who never turned up. ஜ [Tifa x Genesis] The memories begin to form once again, where Tifa remembers how she met him, Genesis, reading loveless amongst the flowers. She visits the church every day with his daughter, Marlene who he was never able to meet, in order to talk to his spirit.
