What do you think of this for love poetry?

I love thee in the darkness,
In the sorrows of the night,
I love thee while I’m sleeping,
And when I dream of flight,

I’ll love thee in the springtime,
And in my times of fun,
And I’ll love thee in the winter,
Under the setting sun,

I loved thee as I was happy,
Loved thee when I was down,
Loved thee when I did laugh,
And under rosewood boughs,

I love thee through the day and even through the night,
I love thee with a passion, in lantern and candlelight,
I’ll love thee when we play, when we play, you and I,
And I’ll love thee till the last rose of this earth does die.
