is it weird that i'm 19 and thats my favorite book? lol
I mean, I know they're poor and understaffed and that's a shame and we should do something about it, but my library at least, barely has anything and nothing important. Comics? Pfft. John Milton? Paradise Lost but he wrote so much more than that. Plath? Bell Jar only. Dante's inferno? Not even. Francesca Lia Block? No. New books, I have to wait over a year for. I mean, what a sorry state the average library is in!
How many are in this series, what are their order, and are there going to be more? Do you recommend this series? If so, why?
I love how her books are about reality but they are very poetic.
i just started reading Wasteland (by Francesca Lia Block) and I'm so confused on the book! I don't understand the characters- like who everyone is cause she always says "you"
can someone help me im like only on the first couple pages (right when she talks about the girl who's brother dies or something)

She is one of my absolute favorite authors, the way she describes things is soo different then anything else i have ever read, i can feel, taste, smell, and see the things she writes about... anyway, are there any fan clubs on the internet for her?? if so can you give me the web address, and have any of you found any authors similar to her stlye of writing?? Ive read every book of hers numerous times.

She is my favorite author, I have almost all of her books.
My favorite book is "Dangerous Angels", the collection of the Weetzie Bat series, and I also LOVE the short stories in "Girl Goddess #9."

i really loved the twilight and new moon series, stuff by amelia atwater-rhodes, annette curtis klause, blood and chocolate, etc. i also loved holly black and francesca lia block's books (i was a teenage faerie, echo). i also love to read about vampires and faeries. anything someone could reccomend while i'm waiting for stephenie meyer's next installment?
