I, like a lot of people, watch tv series and such online... I have no choice, my family doesn't have enough money to pay for cable or dish or what-not. What I'm wondering is if there are any of the free tv-show-watching websites left that the government didn't get yet? I'm struggling to watch a Torchwood episode, and I can't find a single one that's left!!!! This is very frustrating, so if you would be kind enough to provide me with a name of a website, then maybe I can watch the episode before they get that link too. Thanks soooo much!!!
And PLEASE don't scold me for watching TV shows illegaly, as I said, my family doesn't have enough money to pay for TV....

Everyone says we look alike (one time we were asked if we were sisters) but i know they're lying she is beautiful, skinny, flexible (she does gym and dance) she's also loud and has lots of confidence.. Im not that pretty, chubby/ overweight and not flexy!! Im classified by everyone as weird because I like doctor who and torchwood... And I always say that's what she said etc. I'm tired I her getting all the male attention out of the guys group we hang out with I think every single guy likes her (except one with a gf) and I feel left out or just one of the guys.. How do I fix this??

Okay so in children of Earth Gwen Cooper does her monologue about wondering who the doctor is etc but in reality and the time line she should know who he is right? I mean series 1 of torchwood matches up to series 3 of doctor who. And Gwen and Ianto kinda met the doctor via computer screen. So I mean she should know about him more and what he does because of the events of stolen earth and journeys end. Also when Rose comes back she mentions the torchwood team giving their lives. I just need some clarification if possible.

For those in the US..select a show say from the BBC. I love Torchwood and The Fades and BBC World News in the a.m. ...but you can select any international channel.
For those of you outside of the US, do you have a favorite American show or do you prefer some other nation's TV programming?
Just curious as to how others enjoy or not the programming from other countries.

I'm thirteen years old and love writing. Not being vain I am an excellent writer in scripts, novels, novellas, novelizations and other general pieces of writing. One of my main ambitions is to one day work for the BBC, or more specifically Doctor Who, Torchwood, Primeval - those kinds of programmes. What GCSE's do I need? What courses at University? I would really appreciate any help and tips. Thanks.

I've recently really gotten into British TV but I've run out of shows that I'm interested in. If I could get some suggestions, that would be great. I really enjoyed "Doctor Who", "Misfits", "Sherlock", and "Merlin". "Torchwood" and "Being Human" were okay, but they were a little overwrought.
I really like sci-fi/fantasy but I'm not against good fiction. All I want, basically, is good dialogue and interesting characters in a show that doesn't rely on stupid humor to be successful.

Circumstances: 18, about to graduate high school, very nerdy(skyrim, dr who, torchwood,star trek, chemistry,&clarinet is her life), she's asexual(doesn't really care about love/sex--not physically asexual). So yeah. :) thanks.

My little brother and I love "Doctor Who," especially the character Jack Harkness. We've been wanting to watch "Torchwood" for a while now, but I've heard it can get pretty raunchy and innapropriate at times, I wouldn't want my parents to get mad at me for showing him stuff that he shouldn't be seeing or whatever.
Point is, is "Torchwood" okay for a 9 year old to see?

(The costumes are for comic con and we need Amy Pond and Esther Drummond Costumes-if you only have a shop that does 1 of the characters i don't mind) Thank you :)

I am looking for a new TV show to get my teeth into. Help appreciated. I want something that makes you think, has many layers and a complex plot with story arcs and interlocking themes. Something that will grab me and make me want to watch the next episode. I was thinking the Danish 'The Killing' because it looks good, despite the subtitles. Maybe 'The Wire', but I'm not attracted by the drugs and violence (not interested in street crime). 'West Wing'?! Arghh! I read a lot of dystoian fiction (1984 and the like) and I attempt the Classics. I already love these shows:
Doctor Who (Loved it as a kid, I really enjoy the story arcs that pop up everywhere - Bad Wolf, Vote Saxon etc. And the cliffhangers - my God), also Torchwood (the spin-off),
Sherlock (I really like the complex murders that keep you guessing and the characters are played superbly. Plus the humour and cinematography),
Black Mirror (Nice Orwellian theme with deep issues tackled, my sort of thing),
Plus all the usual comedy - Simpsons, QI etc.
Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated. Thanks!
